The SSF PUC site is a multi-phase development, entitled for 800 residential units (158 units of affordable residences), a 9,000 square foot childcare facility, a 12,000 square foot market hall and 1.5 acres of new public parks and open space improvements along the Centennial Trail and Colma Creek.
