Mosso is a two-building, eight-story Type I residential project spanning two city blocks in the South of Market (SOMA) district. With 463 residential units, 9,427 square feet of ground floor retail, 323 subterranean garage parking spaces, on-site affordable units, a public parklet and LEED Gold Certification, Mosso helped lead the way to restarting a new construction boom coming out of the Great Recession. Construction was completed in 2014.
